My Interview for BlogCastFM with Mr. Wow Srinivas Rao

Ok, ok..I know I said I’d be gone, but I just wanted to share with you guys, a link to an interview I did with BlogCastFM’s Srinivar Rao.

If you’re not familiar with BlogCastFM, its basically the Tonight Show for bloggers. And it is a great honor to be featured on their site, especially the day after Srini’s explosive appearance at BlogWorld 2011.

Listen to Srini and I discuss:

  • Building a Community in Your Niche
  • Why You Should Completely Eliminate Self-Interest
  • Blogging without Goals or an Outcome in Mind
  • How the Solution for a Problem turned into Triberr
  • Why You Shouldn’t Expect to Make Money Blogging
  • How to Stand Out from the Echo Chamber

Enjoy 🙂

Always enjoy your talking points, Dino. You opened up a can of whoop ass on Blogcast FM.

Find your own voice. Avoid the echo chamber. I don’t think you can’t say enough about that.

You may yet to be the big guru on throwing out self-interest, outcomes, and self-deception. But like you said, it’s the ride that matters.

    Ride, Postman, ride…

And a great interview it was!

Dino, I love your voice; wasn’t quite what I expected after reading your content, but that’s not in a bad way. You sound like you, at least.

Hope BlogWorld rocked the high seas 🙂

It’s unusually quiet on this blog post. I wonder if people tuned you out for a week since you put up the gone fishing sign.

    We’ll see.

    Hi Dino,

This is awesome. I am listening to BlogCastFM every single day as I am walking (and sometimes even when I’m running). Srinivas Rao is brilliant, and I have learned a lot from listening to it. I’m really looking forward to listen to your interview, that’s the only thing that’s been missing so far 😉

    Have a great weekend.
